Gums
Gum is ideal to manage your cravings as they occur, particularly for smokers with irregular smoking habits.  Using gum at regular intervals gives your body the nicotine you need to help you stop smoking.  Gum is available in two strengths:

4mg Gum - suitable for people who smoke within 30 minutes of waking or who smoke 20 or more cigarettes per day

2mg Gum - suitable for people who smoke after 30 minutes of waking or who smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day

Various flavours are available including original, mint and freshmint.

Gum is used to help smokers to stop smoking immediately and also to help smokers who need to cut down their cigarette use before stopping.

How to use gum

Always read the product leaflet carefully.

  1. Chew the nicotine gum slowly until the taste becomes strong.

  2. Stop chewing and move the gum to between your gums and cheek.

  3. When the taste fades, repeat from Step 1.

Repeat this process for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, then discard the gum in to a rubbish bin.

All products contain nicotine and require willpower.  Always read the label.  Ask our pharmacist for advice.  Subject to availability.
