Express Repeat Prescriptions - Online

1. You can sign up to the Express Repeat Prescription service if you receive any regular repeat medication from your Doctor. We are unable to provide this service for controlled or refrigerated medication.
   
   

2. Simply complete the online form
   
   

3. You will receive an email to confirm that you have successfully signed up to the service, and you will then need to post your prescription and repeat form to our online pharmacy (Freepost address)
   
   

4. From this prescription we will prepare your medication and post it to your chosen delivery address.
   
   

5. Fourteen days before your next prescription is due you will receive an email from our online pharmacy, you must reply to this email listing which items you require us to order for your next prescription*
   
   

6. Once we have received your reply we will contact your Doctor and order your required medication. Any payment required will be dealt with via our customer service contact team whom will contact you prior to your medication being despatched.
   
   

7. As soon as we have received your prescription, we will prepare your medication and post it to your chosen delivery address.

Numbers 5 through to 7 are then repeated as required

If you live in Wales or Scotland you may be required to pay for your prescription even if you dont usually, this is because our online pharmacy is based in England so must follow English prescription rules. If you are unsure please contact our pharmacy team at lponline@lloydspharmacy.co.uk or by telephone on 0800 707 6160.

* We are committed to trying to reduce drug wastage in the NHS and thus would ask you not to re-order medication unless it is required by yourself. You should also let us know if you have any other concerns as we will be only too happy to help resolve these where possible.

Please bear in mind that without confirmation of which medication to re-order for you we will be unable to request your repeat medication from your surgery and this may mean a delay in you receiving your medication on time.
