Delivery Information

 

Postage and packing costs
Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order and, where delivery options are provided, the option you choose.  The postage and packing charge you will pay will be displayed on screen before you confirm your order to us.  Where multiple items are included in one order, we may despatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge.

  • Standard postage and packing on all orders up to £40 = £3.95
  • Next day delivery = £5.95 (not available on all products)
  • On all orders over £40 (Includes the cost payable for any private prescriptions in the same order) = FREE standard postage and packaging
  • York Fitness Equipment = FREE standard postage and packaging 7-10 working days delivery.
  • Private prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery = £3.95 (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5:00)
  • NHS prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery = FREE

Next day delivery

Our Royal Mail next day delivery option is available on all products featured in the Fragrance and Christmas gifts section of the website only. Please note someone will have to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a slip telling you how to rearrange delivery.

 

  • All Next Day delivery orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Friday) will be guaranteed by Royal Mail for delivery before 1.00pm the next working day

  • All Next Day delivery orders placed on Friday after 3pm and before 3pm Monday will be guaranteed by Royal Mail for delivery before 1.00pm Tuesday.

Standard delivery

95% of orders are despatched within 3 working days and normally delivered to your chosen address within 5 working days. This is a Royal mail tracked service and does not require a doorstep signature.

 

Delivery times for medicines sent by post

All prescription medicines (excluding NHS prescriptions see above) are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Prescription items can only be despatched once we have received your paper prescription.

 

Delivery of orders
Excluding customers that have selected the next day delivery option, 95% of orders are despatched within 3 working days to the address provided by you in your order.  Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your order you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided you cooperate with the investigation.
