Regional Operations Area Management As part of our Regional Operations division, our Area Managers manage a wide network of branches and a turnover of millions. Leading, developing and inspiriting dedicated teams of healthcare professionals, they forge strong relationships with GPs and local health authorities and establish strategic networks of key alliances in the community. All of this is done with a view to growth so they also help to set profit and sales targets – and of course ensure that we meet them. It’s an important role that has an impact on our brand, our company and the healthcare of the nation.
From our Area Managers we look for a solid background in managing multiple retail sites and a strong approach to customer service. Not to mention the financial and commercial awareness needed to make sound business decisions and initiate change.
