The Finance department is a customer-focused support to the business, providing understanding of financial performance and key drivers. That we enable decision making that improves company profitability and protects the assets of the business.
Our goals include:
• Providing relevant, timely and accurate management and financial information throughout the business
• Understanding and reacting to changes that affect our business
• Eliminating unnecessary cost and waste at every opportunity
• Maintaining control over the assets of the business
• Maintain and developing efficient processes
• Providing a first class service to internal and external customers.As well as team of more than 100 in Coventry, covering financial accounting, management and corporate reporting, transaction processing, planning, treasury, internal audit and business intelligence, we have a team of regional financial controllers who provide local support throughout the UK.
This keeps us close to the decision making process in all areas of the business. We offer a CIMA-accredited development programme, provide support for the AAT and IIA qualifications, and run a Continual Professional Development programme for qualified accountants.
