Publication Scheme (England & Wales)

The Lloyds Pharmacy Limited Publication Scheme under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("the Act"). This is the Publication Scheme for the registered pharmacists who practice at any pharmacy operated by us ("Lloydspharmacy"). It relates to the NHS services which the pharmacists provide.

This publication scheme is a complete guide to the information routinely made available to the public by Lloydspharmacy. It is a description of the Classes of information about our pharmacists and pharmacies which we make publicly available. It will be reviewed at regular intervals and we will monitor its effectiveness.

Publication Scheme (Scotland)

The Lloyds Pharmacy Limited Publication Scheme under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 ("the Act"). This is the Publication Scheme for the registered pharmacists who practice at any pharmacy operated by us ("Lloydspharmacy") in Scotland. It relates to the NHS services, which the pharmacists provide.

Under Section 23 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, Community Pharmacy Contractors must adopt and maintain a publication scheme setting out the information they routinely make available. This publication scheme is a complete guide to the information routinely made available to the public by Lloydspharmacy.
