Access to Lloydspharmacies As the largest community pharmacy provider in the UK, Lloydspharmacy takes its corporate social responsibility role very seriously and is committed to achieving the aims and objectives of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) by providing an inclusive environment for all of our customers and members of staff. We aim to offer excellent customer service to all of our customers at all Lloydspharmacies and to remove any physical barriers to our goods and services by carrying out physical alterations to our premises, wherever this is possible. Specifically we have provided; Customer care kits - including easy grip pens, magnifiers and signature templates. Information leaflet – Customer Service for Disabled People Induction Loops – Fixed & Portable At some pharmacies we have provided individual access solutions including, internal and external access ramps, portable ramps & customer call bells, platform lifts, automatic doors and power- assisted door openers.
