Optimum nutrition is important during the menopause, whether or not you decide to take HRT. Menopace® Plus combines the original effective Menopace® formula with a unique active botanical tablet to be taken alongside to provide you with even greater support.

Original Menopace® tablets
Each tablet provides a scientifically formulated combination of essential vitamins & minerals.
Hormone balance - Zinc, an essential co-factor for the synthesis of GLA (gamma linolenic acid), a precursor of the body's own hormone-like substances, which help regulate changes in hormone balance.
Bone strength - Vitamin D3 plus magnesium and trace minerals to help maintain strong bones.
Heart Health - Natural Vitamin E, vitamins B6 and B12 to help maintain heart health.

Active Botanical tablets
Each Active Botanical tablet provides a special blend of natural plant extracts to give you even greater support during the menopause.
Soy Isoflavones - One of the richest natural sources of isoflavones including diadzein, glycetine and genistein.
Sage - Often used during the menopause.
Flaxseed Lignans - Concentrated flaxseed extract is a particularly rich natural source of SDG (secoisolariciresinol diglycoside).
Green Tea - Contains standardised extract of 55% polyphenols, the active components of green tea.

Usage

Menopace® can be taken alongside or independently of Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT). It can be continued after the menopause for as long as required.

DIRECTIONS
Take daily: One Menopace® tablet (red blister) PLUS one botanical tablet (green blister).
Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Only to be taken on a full stomach.

A general multivitamin is not necessary in addition to Menopace®.

FOOD SUPPLEMENT
As with other supplements, seek professional advice before using if you are under medical supervision or suffer from food allergies.
Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to young children.
