Usage
Recommended Daily Intake:
Adults (over 15 years) 10ml (2 teaspoons) a day.
Children (over 11 years) 5ml (1 teaspoon) a day.
Can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
