Kalms Tablets are a traditional herbal remedy containing a blend of pure plant ingredients that can bring welcome relief from worry and irritability often caused by the stresses and strains of modern living.
Kalms Tablets promote natural sleep, and can also bring relief to symptoms associated with the menopause including wakefulness flushings and cold sweats.

Usage
Directions: Swallow 2 tablets three times a day with water after meals.
Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old.
Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breast-feeding; ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks.
Kalms Tablets may make you feel sleepy. If affected, do not drive or operate any tools or machines.
The effects of valerian may be increased by alcohol. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided.
Do not use if foil strip is damaged.
