This service is available if you are NHS exempt, or have to pay for your NHS repeat prescription medicines. How much does delivery cost?

Prescription medicines are delivered FREE of charge via Royal Mail Tracked, to a UK address of your choice.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We deliver your medication to addresses across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked, including Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

What happens if I’m not at home to receive my delivery?

Our free repeat prescription service is offered to an address of your choice in the UK, but must be signed by yourself, or a nominated representative over 16 years old. If no one can sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave you contact information so you can arrange redelivery or collection.

How long does it take to get a repeat prescription delivered?

We are provided with a date each month on your prescription and will ensure you have received your medication by this date. Repeat prescription medicines will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery by yourself, or a nominated representative over 16 years old. Our pharmacy team will contact you if there will be a delay in sending out your order.

Is my personal and prescription information secure?

Here at LloydsPharmacy, we take the security of personal and prescription information seriously. In order to provide you with the services you require, we will collect information about you via our website, telephone conversations, emails and written and verbal communications. We understand that you may want to be discreet about your prescription medication. With this in mind, we can ensure that our delivery packaging won’t give any indication of its contents, making the delivery process secure and confidential.

Why can I not use the LloydsPharmacy Prescription Delivery Service if I live outside of England?

We use the NHS England Electronic Prescription Service to receive your prescription electronically from you GP. This service is not available in Scotland, Wales, Northern Island, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. Find out more about the Electronic Prescription Service.
