Do you know your risk of type 2 diabetes?

There are an estimated 1.1 million people in the UK living with undiagnosed type 2 diabetes, and we want to help find those as risk, and help them to manage their condition if they do have it.

We've been carrying out type 2 diabetes screening for over 15 years and have completed tests for over 1.5 million people, providing advice and ongoing support.

What does a screening involve?

The test is FREE and only takes a few minutes to complete.

  • It starts with one-on-one time with a member of our healthcare team in a private consultation room, where they will ask you some questions about your lifestyle and family history.
  • If you are at risk of type 2 diabetes you will be asked to take a finger prick blood test and a blood pressure test.
  • You’ll then be given your results and expert advice on how to manage your condition or reduce your risk.
  • In some cases, you may be referred to your GP for further testing and advice.
