how it works

Shop our range of products online at www.lloydspharmacy.com and look out for the items with the Click & Collect icon.

2.

When you reach the checkout, select Click & Collect from the Delivery Options. You'll be asked to nominate a local LloydsPharmacy to collect your items from.

3.

We'll send you an email to say we've received your order and then another one when your order is despatched. We will contact you by phone when your order is ready for collection.

4.

Visit your chosen LloydsPharmacy and collect your items! You'll need to take your despatch email with you, or your order number and some ID.

What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a FREE service that allows you to place your order online and have it delivered to a LloydsPharmacy of your choice rather than having it delivered to your home.
Why should I use Click & Collect?
Click & Collect offers you access to a wide range of products that may not always be available in store. Our convenient locations and long opening hours mean you can come and collect your order at a time that suits you.
Where is Click & Collect available?
Our Click & Collect service is available in all locations. Please see our Click & Collect Location Map for delivery times to your area.

Can I order everything through Click & Collect?
Many of our items are available for Click & Collect. Look out for the Click & Collect logo next to the product when you're shopping online. Unfortunately, some items are excluded due to size or availability. Prescription items are currently unavailable for delivery using Click & Collect.
Can I order a mixture of Click & Collect and non-Click & Collect items?
Click & Collect items and non-Click & Collect items must be ordered separately. However, you can choose to have your whole order delivered to your home, place of work or other UK address.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

Due to the quick processing of some orders, it may not be possible to cancel your order. Please contact Customer Services to find out:

Opening times: Monday-Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm, Sunday10am – 2pm. Calls from a landline will be charged at the standard rate. Call charges may apply. If it is too late to cancel your order, the quickest way to get a refund is to visit your selected store when they call to advise you that your order has arrived and ask for a refund. If you’re order isn’t collected within 14 days, it will be returned to our online warehouse and you will be refunded once your return has been processed.

When will my order be delivered to my chosen LloydsPharmacy?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands, Moray & Aberdeenshire will take an extra day in addition to these delivery times.
How do I know when to collect my order?
We will contact you by phone to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Your dispatch email will contain details of your nominated store's opening hours.
Where do I collect my order from?
Your order will be available from the LloydsPharmacy you selected when you placed your order. When you arrive at the pharmacy proceed to the till point to collect your order. The details of your chosen store, including address and opening hours, will be included in your confirmation email.
What do I need to bring with me when I collect an order?
You'll need to bring your acknowledgement email, dispatch email or your order number with you, along with some form of identification, which could be a driving license, passport or bank card with your name on it.
Can someone else collect my order?
Someone else can collect your order as long as they have the dispatch email, acknowledgement email or order number and some form of identification. If you return an item that someone else has collected for you, the refund will be credited to the card that was used for the initial payment.
How long do I have to collect an order?
We will hold orders for 14 days. After this time, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed. You will need to allow 5 days for your order to be returned to our warehouse and a further 5-7 days for your card to be refunded, depending on your card provider.
How do I return Click & Collect items?

You can return your Click & Collect order in the same way that you would return any online order, either by post or in store. Please read our Returns Policy for further details.
