The oil is taken sublingually (under the tongue), take 0.7ml (=1 squeeze of the dropper) once per day. One capsule twice a day, or for the powder a 2.5ml scoop once daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

In accordance with the EU Directive for food supplements, Celtic Wind Crops CBD Oil carries a Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) notification number for each product* and can be sold throughout Europe. The CBD oil is also supplied as a food supplement in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of the EU Food Supplement Directive 2002/46/EC.
Celtic Wind CBD oil contains a 0.02mg/g trace of THC.
THC is a controlled substance, however, the trace is so minimal that Celtic Wind CBD products are non-psychoactive. Sold as a food supplement, it’s legally recognised under the Food Supplements Directive 2002/46/EU.

The oil and capsules can be taken at any time, with or without food. The powder should be mixed with food or drink. Always follow on-pack instructions and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
