Not to be used when there is inflammation of the ear or if the eardrum is perforated.
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE.
5 drops to be instilled with the head inclined, preferably when lying down. This may cause a harmless tingling sensation. Should the Cerumol tend to run out when the head is held up, a small plug of cotton wool moistened with Cerumol or smeared with petroleum jelly may be applied. Repeat as above twice a day for up to three days. Unless the earwax is unusually hard, it should run out of its own accord. If not, consult your doctor for possible syringing.
Cerumol contains Arachis oil (Peanut oil). If you are allergic to peanut oil or soya, do not use Cerumol.
The ear is a delicate organ. You are advised to consult your Doctor in all cases of ear disorder before using any ear drops.
