Usage
Directions for use:
Cough syrup for oral use.
Shake the bottle before use.
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
Two 5ml spoonfuls, three times a day and at bedtime when the cough is troublesome.
Children over 2 years of age:
One 5ml spoonful, three times a day and at bedtime when the cough is troublesome.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OF AGE.
If symptoms persist, or if this medicine upsets you in any way, consult your doctor.
As with all medicines, if you are pregnant, breast feeding or taking any other medication, consult your doctor before taking this product.
If you exceed the stated dose, consult your doctor or casualty department.
This medicinal product contains 2.3 vol % Ethanol (Alcohol), i.e. up to 91 mg per 5ml dose, equivalent to 2.3ml of 5% Beer or 0.96ml of 12% Wine per 5ml dose.
Harmful for those suffering from alcoholism.
To be taken into account in pregnant or breast feeding women, children and high risk groups such as patients with liver disease, or epilepsy.
This medicinal product contains 1.32g fructose, 1.32g glucose and 1.77g sucrose per 5ml dose. This should be taken into account in patients with diabetes mellitus.
If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product.
E110, E122, E217 and E219 may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).
Do not use after the expiry date shown.
Do not use if the bottle cap seal is broken or damaged.
Storage
KEEP OUT OF THE REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN.
Use within 28 days of first opening.
