Usage
General Precautions.
Do not take if:
Your BMI is below 18.5.
You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Not recommended for children under 12.
Not recommended for children under 18 unless under medical supervision.
Directions for use.
Take 1-3 APPEsat� capsules with at least 250ml of cold water, a minimum of 30 minutes before each meal. For best results combine APPEsat� with a reduced calorie diet and regular exercise.
